According to Pandas nutritional info they indicate Chow Mein has a serving size of 83oz which they dont mention if that is whole or half often people order 12 chow mein 12 fried rice which I assumed 83oz was a full order. Beef and Broccoli Green Beans and Chicken and Mushroom Chicken.
